4.1 Prohibition on Building Competing Tools
You must not use the Service, access to the Service, knowledge gained through the Service, or the Outputs generated by the Service to:

• Contribute materially — as a developer, designer, product manager, technical advisor, investor, or in any other capacity — to any Competing Product.
• White-label, resell, or rebrand any Competing Product.
• Use knowledge of Postflo's tool architecture, processing pipeline, Output format, prompt engineering approach, or Proprietary Workflow to inform the specification, design, or development of any Competing Product.

• You must not recruit, solicit, or refer Postflo clients to a Competing Product.

4.4 Duration of Competitive Use Restrictions
The restrictions in this Section 4 apply: (a) throughout your entire Subscription Term, including trial periods; and (b) for a period of two (2) years following the expiry, cancellation, or termination of your subscription for any reason. These restrictions survive termination of your Account and cancellation of your subscription.
4.5 Scope of Persons Bound
The restrictions in this Section 4 bind you personally, your Organisation, any entity you directly or indirectly control, and any employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of your Organisation who has accessed or used the Service.
4.6 Enforcement
Postflo actively monitors the market for Competing Products and will investigate suspected violations. In the event of a breach of this Section 4, Postflo shall be entitled to:
• Seek immediate injunctive and other equitable relief from a court in Hyderabad, Telangana, without proof of actual damages and without posting a bond.
• Claim full compensatory damages, loss of profits, and consequential losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Immediately terminate your Account without notice or refund.
• Seek an account of all profits earned from any Competing Product developed or operated in breach of these restrictions.
• Report the breach to relevant professional and industry bodies.
You agree that monetary damages alone are an inadequate remedy for any breach of this Section 4 and that equitable relief is appropriate and justified.
5. API USAGE
Where Postflo grants you access to the Service through an API, the following additional restrictions apply:
• API access is limited to integration with your own internal systems as authorised by your Plan. You may not expose the API to third parties or build publicly accessible products that rely on Postflo's API without express prior written consent.

• API usage is subject to rate limits as determined by Postflo from time to time. Circumventing rate limits is prohibited.
• Postflo reserves the right to revoke API access at any time without notice if usage violates this AUP or the Terms of Use.
6. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
Postflo reserves the right to monitor use of the Service for compliance with this AUP and the Terms of Use. This monitoring may include reviewing Account activity, usage patterns, and API call patterns. Postflo may investigate any suspected violation and may, at its sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate access, remove Content, preserve evidence for legal proceedings, or refer the matter to law enforcement.
7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, or of any Competing Product that you believe was developed in breach of Postflo's non-compete provisions, report it to: legal@postflo.in. Postflo treats all such reports confidentially and in good faith.

9. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
Postflo may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
