CANCELLATION POLICY

How to Cancel Your Postflo Subscription and What Happens Next

1. OVERVIEW

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs how you may cancel your Postflo subscription, the effect of cancellation on your access and data, and the circumstances under which Postflo may cancel or suspend your subscription. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Use and should be read alongside the Payment & Refund Policy.

2. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

To cancel, submit a written request to Postflo at support@postflo.in using your Account's registered email address. Cancellations cannot be processed via phone or social media. Postflo will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and confirm the effective cancellation date. You may also initiate cancellation via Settings > Subscription within the Platform, which generates a formal cancellation request.

3. EFFECTIVE DATE OF CANCELLATION

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current Subscription Term — i.e., the last date of the billing period in which the request is received. You retain full access until the end of that billing period. No partial-period refunds are provided for the unused portion of the current billing period, except as described in the Payment & Refund Policy.

4. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION ON ACCESS

Upon expiry of the final billing period following cancellation:

• Your Account will be deactivated and access to the Service will cease.

• All show profiles, processed episodes, generated Outputs, and associated data will become inaccessible.

• Postflo may retain your data for up to 90 days following Account deactivation before permanent deletion.

• If you wish to retrieve any data before deactivation, you must do so before the end of the final billing period.

Postflo shall not be liable for loss of data following Account deactivation where you have had reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data.

5. NON-COMPETE OBLIGATIONS SURVIVE CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT TERMINATE YOUR NON-COMPETE AND NON-REPLICATION OBLIGATIONS UNDER CLAUSE 10 OF THE TERMS OF USE. THESE OBLIGATIONS CONTINUE FOR THE FULL RESTRICTED PERIOD SPECIFIED THEREIN.

Your obligation not to develop, build, operate, or assist in the creation of a Competing Product, and your obligation not to replicate the Service's Proprietary Workflow, remain fully in force for two (2) years following the termination, cancellation, or expiry of your subscription, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

6. REACTIVATION

To reactivate your subscription after cancellation, contact sales@postflo.in. Reactivation is subject to Plan availability and current pricing, which may differ from your previous subscription. Data from a deactivated Account may not be recoverable after the 90-day retention period. Upon reactivation, you will be required to re-accept the current Terms of Use.

7. CANCELLATION BY POSTFLO

Postflo reserves the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Material breach of the Terms of Use, including violation of non-compete, non-replication, or intellectual property provisions.

• Non-payment of subscription fees for more than 7 calendar days after the due date.

• Receipt of a court order, government direction, or regulatory instruction.

• Discontinuation of the Service or a specific Plan tier with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

• Conduct that Postflo determines poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Platform.

Where Postflo cancels without cause, it will provide a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused portion of the current Subscription Term. Where cancellation is due to your breach, no refund shall be payable.

8. TRIAL PLAN CANCELLATION

Trial Plans expire automatically at the end of the trial period. No cancellation action is required. If you do not convert to a paid Plan before trial expiry, your access will be suspended automatically. Non-compete obligations in the Terms of Use apply to trial users from the moment they access the Service.

9. MULTI-PERIOD PLANS

If you have subscribed to a multi-month plan (6-month or 12-month billing), early cancellation will result in access continuing until the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund for remaining months unless Postflo cancels without cause. Refund terms for such plans are set out in the Payment & Refund Policy.
