PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Billing, Invoicing, Tax, and Refund Terms for Postflo Subscriptions

1. OVERVIEW
This Payment & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all financial transactions between you and Strux Digital Private Limited in connection with your Postflo subscription. By subscribing to any Postflo Plan, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
2. PRICING
Current subscription pricing (INR, exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes):
• Solo Plan: INR 14,999 per month.
• Studio Plan: INR 44,999 per month.
• Trial Plans (3-day / 7-day): INR 0 (no charge).
Pricing for multi-month or custom enterprise engagements is as agreed in writing at the time of subscription. Postflo reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of revised pricing.
3. TAXES AND GST
All prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes. GST will be applied at the applicable rate under the Integrated GST Act, 2017, the Central GST Act, 2017, or the relevant State GST Act. You are responsible for providing accurate GST registration details. Postflo will issue GST-compliant tax invoices as required by law.
4. BILLING AND PAYMENT
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of subscription activation and include:
• Advance payment at the start of each billing period (monthly or as otherwise agreed).
• Payment by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, or such other method as agreed.
• Payment confirmation by the client via UTR number or payment reference to the Postflo admin.
Access to the Service is conditional upon receipt of cleared payment. Postflo does not provide credit facilities. For Enterprise clients with custom billing arrangements, the specific payment terms in the written agreement shall apply.
5. INVOICING
Postflo will issue a GST-compliant invoice upon receipt of payment or at the commencement of each billing period, as applicable. Invoices will be sent to the billing email address on your Account. Requests for revised invoices due to incorrect billing information must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date.
6. LATE PAYMENT
If payment is not received within 7 calendar days of the due date, Postflo may: (a) suspend access to the Service; (b) apply a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount; and/or (c) terminate your subscription. Postflo's right to charge interest does not prejudice its right to terminate or seek damages.
7. REFUND POLICY
7.1 General Principle
Postflo's subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Postflo does not offer pro-rata refunds for client-initiated cancellations during a billing period.
7.2 Exceptions — Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at Postflo's sole discretion, only in the following circumstances:
• The Service was completely unavailable for more than 5 consecutive business days due to causes solely attributable to Postflo (excluding Force Majeure, third-party infrastructure failures, or scheduled maintenance), and the unavailability was not caused by your actions.
• You were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error on Postflo's part, and you notify Postflo within 14 days of the incorrect charge.
• Postflo cancels your subscription without cause, in which case a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the Subscription Term will be provided.
7.3 No Refunds For
• Cancellations initiated by you during any active billing period.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated Output quality, as Outputs are probabilistic and quality cannot be guaranteed.
• Failure to use the Service during a billing period.
• Termination due to your breach of the Terms of Use, including non-compete violations.
• Trial Plans, which are provided at no charge.
7.4 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@postflo.in within 30 days of the triggering event. Postflo will respond within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
8. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Postflo and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, Postflo reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account and seek recovery of all chargeback-related costs, including bank fees and legal costs. Chargebacks raised without prior notice constitute a material breach of these Terms.
9. PAYMENT GATEWAY DISCLAIMER
Postflo uses third-party payment processors. Postflo is not responsible for transaction failures, processing errors, or security incidents caused by payment processors. You agree to be bound by the applicable payment processor's terms. Full payment card details are not stored by Postflo.
10. CURRENCY
All transactions with Indian clients are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). For European Postflo clients, transactions may be conducted in Euros (EUR) as specified at subscription. Postflo is not responsible for currency fluctuation losses.
