Common Errors and How to Fix Them
Show Profile Incomplete
You see this error when your Show Profile is missing required information. Postflo Intelligence needs your show details to generate personalised outputs.
How to fix:
- Go to Settings and select Show Profile
- Fill in all required fields: show name, host name, category, and show description
- Save your changes and try submitting your episode again
Video Not Accessible or Private
This happens when Postflo cannot access your YouTube video. The video might be private, unlisted in a restricted way, or the URL format is incorrect.
How to fix:
- Make sure your YouTube video is set to Public or Unlisted
- Use the full YouTube video URL (like youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID or youtu.be/VIDEO_ID)
- Wait a few minutes after uploading before submitting, as YouTube needs time to process new videos
Episode Processing Failed
Your episode couldn't be processed completely. This can happen due to audio issues, extremely long videos, or temporary service problems.
How to fix:
- Check that your video has clear audio and is under 3 hours long
- Wait 10-15 minutes and try submitting the same video again
- If the error persists, contact support with your video URL for assistance
Trial Limit Reached
You've used all episodes included in your trial plan. You need to upgrade to continue processing episodes.
How to fix:
- Go to Settings and select Billing & Plans
- Choose a paid plan that fits your monthly episode needs
- Complete payment to activate your plan and unlock additional episodes
Language Not Detected Correctly
Postflo Intelligence detected the wrong language in your video, causing outputs to be generated in an unexpected language.
How to fix:
- Go to Settings and select AI Preferences
- Find the Output Language setting and manually select your preferred language (English, Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil)
- Reprocess your episode to get outputs in the correct language
