New accounts start on a trial plan with a limited number of episodes. This lets you test Postflo's tools before upgrading.
Your trial has a lifetime episode limit. Once reached, episode processing locks until you upgrade to a paid plan. Previously processed episodes and all their outputs remain accessible.
Paid plans (Starter, Creator, Studio) use a minute-based quota:
When you submit a video, the duration is measured and deducted from your balance. There is no per-episode limit — you can process as many short videos as your minute balance allows, or fewer long ones.
Unused minutes from the previous billing cycle carry over as rollover balance. Rollover is available alongside your fresh monthly allocation. Your dashboard shows your current base balance and any rollover.
If your minute balance is insufficient to process a video:

To increase your monthly minute allocation:
