Language Support — 14 Languages Including Indian Languages, Arabic, and Urdu

Postflo supports fourteen output languages for all generated content: Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, English, Arabic, Urdu, Egyptian Arabic, and Levantine Arabic. You can set your preferred output language in AI Preferences to receive show notes, titles, descriptions, and all other content in that language.

Setting Your Output Language

To choose your output language:

  • Go to AI Preferences in your dashboard
  • Select your preferred language from the Output Language field
  • Save your preferences

All future episodes will generate content in your selected language. This applies to show notes, video titles, descriptions, social media captions, clip suggestions, thumbnail text, and SEO metadata.

Output Quality by Language

Postflo Intelligence delivers high-quality content across all supported languages, with some variations:

English

Full feature support with the highest consistency across all output types. Best performance for technical topics and complex show formats.

Hindi

Strong performance across all content types. Excellent for entertainment, news, and general interest shows. Natural tone and cultural context awareness.

Telugu

Good quality output with appropriate cultural references. Works well for entertainment, lifestyle, and educational content. Some technical terminology may appear in English.

Tamil

Solid performance for most show categories. Cultural nuances are well-represented. Technical and specialized terms may occasionally appear in English.

Kannada

Strong performance across all content types. Cultural nuances well-represented for South Indian audiences.

Malayalam

Strong performance for interview and storytelling formats. Works well for Kerala-based shows.

Marathi

Good quality output with appropriate cultural references for Maharashtra-based creators.

Bengali

Solid performance for storytelling, politics, and culture shows. Cultural context well-captured.

Gujarati

Good performance especially for business and entrepreneurship content.

Punjabi

Solid performance across entertainment and lifestyle formats.

Arabic

Outputs are generated in Modern Standard Arabic (العربية الفصحى) using Arabic script. Suitable for news, business, education, and general podcast formats across the Arabic-speaking world. Note that the Postflo interface does not yet render right-to-left layouts, so Arabic output will appear inside a left-to-right page.

Urdu

Outputs are generated in Urdu (اردو) using Nastaliq/Arabic script. Strong performance for storytelling, culture, and news formats. As with Arabic, the Postflo interface does not yet render right-to-left, so Urdu output will appear inside a left-to-right page.

Egyptian Arabic

Outputs are generated in the Egyptian Arabic dialect (عربي مصري) using Arabic script. Best suited for entertainment, lifestyle, and conversational shows aimed at Egyptian audiences. Right-to-left rendering is not yet implemented in the Postflo interface.

Levantine Arabic

Outputs are generated in the Levantine Arabic dialect (عربي شامي) using Arabic script. Suitable for shows targeting audiences across Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Palestine. Right-to-left rendering is not yet implemented in the Postflo interface.

Current Limitations

Mixed-Language Episodes

Episodes that switch between multiple languages during the conversation may produce inconsistent outputs. For best results, submit episodes that primarily use one language throughout.

Transliteration vs Translation

Postflo Intelligence generates native content rather than translating from English. However, some technical terms, brand names, or English phrases from your episode may appear transliterated (written in your target language's script) rather than fully translated.

Regional Variations

Outputs use standard forms of each language. Regional dialects or highly localized expressions may not be fully captured in the generated content.

Best Practices

  • Complete your Show Profile in your preferred language for better context
  • Keep your episode audio primarily in one language
  • Review outputs for any technical terms that may need manual adjustment
  • Use consistent language across your show's title, description, and category information

Language support applies to all Postflo plans. You can change your output language anytime in AI Preferences.
